This one-day intensive programme is designed to enhance quality standards and building safety awareness within the construction industry. The course addresses why quality matters by analyzing major industry failures and outlining the LSG commitment to compliance. Participants will review specific UK Building Regulations including Parts A, C, H, 7, and B, alongside the practical requirements of the Building Safety Act such as the Golden Thread and Dutyholder regime. A significant portion of the training focuses on the LSG Management System and Procore workflows. The program concludes with a hands-on practical workshop where learners analyze real-world site documentation to identify non-compliance and demonstrate professional competency.
